Ah Ok, I'm with you now. I have to give that some thought.

In your first post you mention running diskpart, if that is what you did; start over but do a normal install and select Custom like I mentioned earlier. Then delete all the partitions and leave just unallocated space. Then install to that.

You can download the ISO on your phone if you go to the link I posted. You'll have to use a friends PC to create your install media though. Or go to a library with Internet access.

Ok,but isn't there some CMD command that could help?
Via CMD I got that my C drive is write protected, and when I tried to remove the write protection, it gave me an error!

BTW I have created a bootable Win 10 the same USB and previously, with only extracting the files from the ISO to the USB and it had worked!

Try the Custom install, nothing to lose by doing it. I have never resorted to using diskpart during install, never had a need. I do however use it to create my install media.
Now that my thumb drives are formatted and marked active / bootable, I can just mount my ISO and drag and drop to them. After deleting the contents.
Some UEFI PC's, as far as I know, don't need the thumb drive marked active. I have legacy and UEFI systems so I go with what I know works. Fat file system and marked as active / bootable.
