Same event logged in my PC

Unable to start a DCOM Server: {995C996E-D918-4A8C-A302-45719A6F4EA7} as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:
    "298"

    Anyone have any ideas?

I'm seeing a similar event relating to Cortana.
FWIW "Error 298" appears to be "Too many posts were made to a semaphore".
I have no idea what that actually means!

What I'm actually seeing on most (but not all) boots is -

Unable to start a DCOM Server: Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_1.10.7.17134_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy!CortanaUI.AppXs99ny7m73wgcae47q mfazn1gg5djgt35.mca as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:
    "298"
    Happened while starting this command:
    "C:\WINDOWS\system32\backgroundTaskHost.exe" -ServerName:CortanaUI.AppXy7vb4pc2dr3kc93kfc509b1d0arkfb2x.mca

This is usually followed immediately by up to 10 (!) similar error messages quoting error "0".
According to my research, error "0" means "The operation completed successfully"!
Why that is considered to be an error is anyone's guess!

The subsequent events, with error 0, might mean that after failing it re-tried and succeeded. And they simply log it.
