    1803 upgrade fault c:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\destop,

    message says deleted or moved, now can't get on desktop or enter settings ,do I need to reinstall win 10 or how to fix it

    See if you can make an iso or a bootable USB drive using Media creator going here:
    Download Windows 10
    And try and do a system repair. The media creator is updated to Win 10 1803.
