    Hi,
For last 1 month i have been trying to upgrade my windows from windows 10 1703 to 1709 and i get the same error -0xC1900101-0x30017 and it says "The installation failed in the First_BOOT phase with an error during BOOT operation"
I have done installation via usb drive, iso, automatic windows update, clean restart, updated all drivers, but every time i get the same error.

Windows 10 1803 will be available to the general public on May 8, 2018.
Early release is available on April 30, 2018.
Sometime on or after April 30, create a bootable Windows 10 iso:
    Download Windows 10
Then attempt to upgrade using the Windows 10 iso by performing an in place upgrade repair:

Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

If the upgrade works with 1803 you are set.
If the upgrade fails with 1803 you can run the beta log collector and the computer can be tuned up.

On release that page will change from saying "Windows 10 Fall Creators Update now available" to "Windows 10 April 2018 Update now available". Wait until it does before downloading the Media Creation Tool to make the bootable iso.

Microsoft typically release new software or updates at 10am PDT (local time in Redmond).

    Hi All,

I again tried today with the new iso file as the "Windows 10 April 2018 Update now available" option was updated.
But once again the installation failed.

I have attached the setupact.log and setuperr.log files below. any help would be much appreciated.
