Need help dual-booting Windows 10 with Windows 7

Hi Tasnim Tamim and welcome to the forum. If you type Dual Boot into the search box in the top right corner of the page you'll find many threads on how to do this. I recall seeing at least one thread involving dual booting with Ubuntu. You can repost to this thread with any issues you have after reading some of these threads.
