I would also add creating a USB Recovery drive.
I wish I would have expanded on that
Create Recovery Drive in Windows 10 Windows 10 Tutorials
as it would be a reliable 2nd "source" if his USB media breaks or stop working.
--- By including Backup system files to the recovery drive not only helpful options to possibility fix issues but also the ability tp perform factory reset if necessary.

    Got the DVD.

So if windows should stop working or my usb flash drive breaks, I can use the DVD to wipe my SSD and install windows again, and then use aomei to get my computer working.

    Marking as solved.

    Yes, it works.

It's a bit annoying that you have to select between various versions and builds when installing windows, but it works.

    For $10 I'm not complaining.

If your having to select a specific Build its not an Original Microsoft DVD. Not as far as I know anyway. None of my MSDN ISO's are like that. I think you already know that but figured I'd mention it anyway. It sounds like its something somebody built themselves, which means it may have some hidden secrets buried in there some place.

Yes i know. I bought the DVD so I have something to wipe my SSD with if my usb flash drive should break, so its not a problem.

The problem is that you don't know what viruses or spyware the complete stranger that made the DVD might have inserted into it. You have know idea where this complete EBay stranger even obtained the ISO file from to make the DVD with. They might have used an ISO file that someone before them tampered with.

Exactly, I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole. It will be outdated anyway in a couple of weeks when the Spring Update drops.

Hey Folks: I recall when the TP builds first appeared, a theme quite close to Windows 8.1 was used (with borderless windows and such). Is that theme still available for use with build 10240? I think that looked the best.
