As the title suggests I need help resetting my computer to factory settings. However, the only options I have are "UEFI Firmware Settings" and "Startup Settings". If anyone knows how to fix my problem it would be much appreciated.

Sounds like you may not be looking in the right place. See if this tutorial helps....
Reset Windows 10
At the login screen where you enter your password, hold the Shift key on the keyboard while you click on the Power icon on the lower right-side of the screen. Click on Restart while still holding the shift key .If you have Windows 10 Fall Creators Update you'll see a box alerting you that you're gonna be logged out or something, just click OK or whatever it says.
On the next scrren that appears click onn "Troubleshotting" on the left side.
You can Reset, Refresh your pc, go into Safe Mode, Restore A System Image, etc. from the Troubleshooting section.
