That sounds like you are running the Media Creation Tool. The MCT is not the install media, its the tool for making the install media.
You need to run the MCT, choose 'make media for another PC' and make the install media on a usb flash drive. Read this tutorial to tell you how....

When you have made the media you boot from that to perform the install.
Yea I did that. I save it to a flash drive and try to install it start but it still crash and said error
Please use a camera or smart phone camera to take pictures and post images into the thread.
Or if necessary please perform the clean install steps and post a video into the thread using a one drive or drop box share link.
It sound like you haven't enter the bios set up screen. You need to enter there to be able to set the boot order, once there you make sure your usb selection is first in the boot order, afterwards you be able to install windows clean

Its usually tapping the delete key or F12, F2 when you turn your computer on. It depends what PC you have with the right key
