    I'd still reset the BIOS to defaults. I was just explaining why I think its there now. Normally its way down in the list of boot options, usually the last option. If other things have been moved down that may explain why its third in the list. It got bumped up.

    Hi,
    Normally F8 or possibly F5 should restore/ optimize defaults and F10 to save and exit.

    Once your on the main BIOS screen have a look around. It should tell you what key does it there.

    Partitions are easy
    Personally I use free mini tool

    Hi Thrash,

    As I have only 1 drive now on my hard disk and it contains the system. So If I want to create 1 more drive for my general data which option should I select from the partition wizard pls advise such as from Basic Management and then create partition or which option ?? and

    it will not delete any system data right ?

    Hi,
    Split partition is the easiest way
    Select the C partition and the option is on the left column or right click C partition.

    Hi,

    No the problem I am facing is still there.. is it possible my problem caused for below driver update failed :

    Graphics card - Intel corporation driver update for Mobile Intel(R) 4 series Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1)
    Failed to install 0n 2/26/18 - 0x8024200b

    10 would auto install a generic driver.
