N and KN have features removed stripped out. They are a lesser version of 10 Pro. They also require their own special keys to activate. Not what you want.

    Hi,
As mentioned simply win-10 pro should of been installed so yeah reconnect the installation media and boot to it and reinstall selecting just 10 pro if it's an option.

When you did your last install of 10 Pro, did you do a clean install? As in, did you remove/delete all partitions so the drive had no OS on it? Or did you just install to the existing install? Also, did you do a legacy install or UEFI install? If that laptop has a legacy BIOS (its not UEFI) ignore that last question.
Personally I would follow this, Clean Install Windows 10 use the Custom option, delete all partitions, then install into the unallocated space. IMHO it has the best chance for a successful install, from where you are now. I'm assuming you have anything you want saved backed up to external media. Deleting all partitions is going to erase everything on the drive.

    Hi,
You were having issues booting to the past install I was suggesting pulling up the boot menu from inside the bios F2 to enter bios
Boot menu could be F8 or simply the Delete key machines are different you'd have to say what it actually is
    Then select the os disk.

Creating partitions well first you'd have to be able to startup and actually get into the current os before that can happen :)

    Hi,

I havn't issue while booting.. after installation to start the windows I'm having problem. Its taking too long and in between I need to press Esc button twice to come the screen lock screen.

Creating partitions well first you'd have to be able to startup and actually get into the current os before that can happen == not clear to me. Should I install the windows and the I should create the new partition or on the installation process I should delete all partitions and then create new partitions and installation.. pls confirm clearly
