How can I install Windows 10 Pro from windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB

    Hi do u mean fresh version of this same thing again.. i want to go to pro version.. i suggested to downgrade.. there i need serial nuber of 10 pro..i have serial of 8.1 pro. is it workable there.. pls advise

    hi, i prefer win 10 pro.. i don have activation code for this but i have genuine activation code for 8.1 pro. pls advise its possible or not.. othrwise win 8.1 pro is my 2nd choice..pls advise

    OK, then you should be able to install W10 Pro and it will see your W8.1 key in the Bios and self activate.

    You can download an ISO file of W10 from here and create either a dvd installer or a usb stick installer ( you need a 8GB stick, it will not fit on a 4GB)

    Download Windows 10

    Any more questions just ask :)

    hi, do u mean i need to download win 10 (pro or which specify pls ) fro m ur given link n make a bootable disk to install n then install this version ? but how could it get the activation keyvfrom bios didnt understand..pls clarify.. pls note i have both 7 pro and 8.1 pro genuine key. waiting for the clarification...

    You do what I said, then you use your W7 or W8.1 to activate windows 10, you have to install the same version of W10 that you have a key for, either Home or Pro.

    If you have a W7 Pro key then you install W10 Pro. etc

    If you have a W8.1 Pro key then you install W10 Pro etc

    If you have W7 or W8.1 Home key then you install W10 Home.

    With W8.1 the key is stored in the bios, if that is the system that came with the PC, you don`t have to retrieve it, W10 will see it and self activate.

    but there I see below : my current version is Enterprise but want to install 10 pro.. I should choose 10 pro right ?

    • Edition of Windows. You should also choose the same edition of Windows. To check what edition you're currently running, go to PC info in PC settings or System in Control Panel, and look for Windows edition. Windows 10 Enterprise isn’t available in the media creation tool. For more info, go to the Volume Licensing Service Center.

    what about below where I see below underlined. Should I follow below or not pls confirm. Using the media creation tool to re-install Windows 10 Pro for Workstations
    If you are re-installing Windows 10 Pro for Workstations on your PC, you need to create installation media using the Media Creation Tool and choose Windows 10 as your edition. When you start the installation, choose to skip entering a product key, and instead choose to install Windows 10 Pro. Once you are at the Windows 10 Pro desktop, from the Start Menu, click Settings then Update & security, and Activation. If your PC was previously running Windows 10 Pro for Workstations, click the Go to store button and you can reclaim the edition change to Windows 10 Pro for Workstations at no additional charge.



    After yoiur confirmation I will run media creation tool what I downloaded already. Pls confirm to proceed..
