Did you not read my post #9. I am 99% sure your device cannot run 64bit,and I explained about usb drives not being visible.

Excatly, you ask about my laptop or Pendrive?
Laptop is a Qilive Q8 14"
And the Pendrive is TOSHIBA TransMemory 16GB

I have a laptop with windows 8
I did try to upgrade to windows 10 and it started downloading.
It got to 12% and i closed the lid, when i opened the lid it was still at 12%, then after about an hour it was still at 12%
I shut down and again...
In the past I've done a 'keep nothing' upgrade to Win10 and it was smooth sailing.
I had the error once before and my solution was to do the upgrade by keeping my files and folders instead.
Now? I get account issues every time I try to upgrade...
