See what's new in this update no longer works

When installing any win10 feature update, upon clicking the "SEE WHAT'S NEW IN THIS UPDATE" option a message pops up stating "YOU'LL NEED A NEW APP TO OPEN THIS MS-GET-STARTED". Hopefully someone here can tell me how to fix this or point me to an appropriate article.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Thanks.

However, the main reason for my post was to find out why the option does not show what it's supposed to and get it fixed. I get nervous when things don't appear to work the way they are supposed to because of the possibility of the underlying cause affecting other things too.

I doubt it will cause an issue and I don't see a need to dive into it. However, you could reinstall the application if you desire:

It's nice that you don't see a need to dive into it, thanks. However for the OP and anyone else who actually wants to fix this, Windows Update is trying to open the update 'release notes' with the Microsoft Tips store app. In my case I had uninstalled this shortly after installing Windows. Re-installing the app through the Microsoft Store fixed it.

Thanks for the tip...subsequent win10 updates have resolved the problem.
