Run this log collector on the drive and post a zip into the thread for troubleshooting.
It will collect msinfo, dxdiag, drivers, etc.

Please change the default language to English so that the files can be scanned and read.

    Hi,
Please post a screenshot of your partition layout using Minitool Partition Wizard, expanding columns as necessary to show all text - for all disks. Do not use Disk Management.
To post a screenshot please use the icon above your post to the left of the video icon.

    Troubleshooting:
    Try post #14 here
1709 Fails to install and how to remove multiple recovery partitions? - Page 2 - Windows 10 Forums

You can try deleting the content of
    %temp%
    and
    C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

    and
Reset Windows Update in Windows 10 Windows Update Activation Tutorials

You could try an in-place upgrade repair which keeps all programs and data on your anniversary build, then try upgrading to 1709. If you don't still have an iso, it's possible to get one.
    E.g.
Microsoft Windows 10 Anniversary Update 1607 Download (Build 14393.0)

Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade Installation Upgrade Tutorials
    - but use the 1607 iso.

Then you can download the iso for build 1709 and try upgrading manually.

As ever, and we recommend this strongly to be used routinely, create or update a full disk image of Windows using e.g. Macrium reflect (free), to a external storage in case things go badly wrong and your PC becomes unbootable.

That worked thanks now updating build 14393.0 after that trying to upgrade to 1709

The computer can skip versions and builds for upgrades once the failure to upgrade problems have been fixed.

If you are able to change the default language to English we can troubleshoot the logs to address the failure to upgrade.

This log collector will collect approximately 10 - 20 files that can be troubleshooted to improve the likelihood of success for the upgrade attempt.

If there are no BSOD it wont collect them but it will automatically collect on to the desktop the other useful logs for the troubleshooting.

Zip the folder and post into the thread for troubleshooting.

In addition to the logs that are collected by the DM log collector there are other logs that will be useful to troubleshoot the failure to upgrade.

    Hello,

Problem solved i am now on Microsoft® Windows™ 10 1709 16299.15 it might be possible windows update offers me more updates i didn't check that yet.For other users with a similar problem as this i've used the FCU update iso image some things you can do to help the upgrade be successfull

    • completely remove 3rd party security software (antivirus & firewalls).
    • unplug all unneeded hardware devices.
    • Do not disable Windows firewall it's strange but windows firewall seems to be needed i don't know why.
    • While upgrading and the upgrade seems stuck at any percentage look at the led on your device that indicates harddrive activity if the led is on or blinking do not interupt the proces.

this is the iso i have used Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709 Download Windows ISO

last but not least a big thank you for all the help in resolving the problem .

Glad you made it. Those are standard recommendations.

Make sure you create a new disk image of Windows to consolidate your position.
