Do you still have the Ubuntu flash drive? Let me know if you have no success with diskpart.

Big thank you to everyone that helped me or attempted to help me!

Success! Followed the directions, changed the BIOS settings, and now I boot straight into windows, no more grub! Thank you to everyone who helped me or tried to help me with my problem.

Thanks for reporting back. That's good news! :)

Which directions worked for you if I may ask?

I saw what NavyLCDR said then I asked for something step by step, clicked on the link HippsieGypsie (you) gave me, and followed the directions. Then it worked!

    Good news!

Under normal conditions, removing Ubuntu partitions does not affect Windows boot loader.

The leftover is a long lasting issue in UEFI for any Linux distro.

Before 10240, there was an option call Ubuntu Repair, this option (in startup repair) should be back simply because Grub is a robust boot loader.
