Windows 10: GW10 Troubleshooter says I'm not eligible!

    I've repeatedly checked for new updates. Nothing hidden. The only update I haven't downloaded is Silverlight, that I don't want.
    Going to try that Media Creation Tool.

    You must have 2 updates installed
    KB3035583 and KB2952664
    If you have them then use the Media tool. It should work with Np. : )

    Yes! The Media Creation Tool worked, it downloaded Win10 quickly and upgraded in about 15 minutes.
    At first glance all my programs seem to be there.
