I suggest you create a backup of your system reserved partition, then remove the items.
Once you have done this, you need to run the installation for WIndows 10, and do not reboot!
This should allow you to run the installation without the above mentioned error.
If it fails, you will need to move the items back into the reserved partition, and most likely repair your windows install.
How did you get only a 39mb system reserved partition? The default size for 7 was 100mb which was still too small and caused backup issues, 8 had a 350mb SR and the default size for 10 is now 500mb.
Even on 7 mine is set at 450mb but I keep some recovery tools on there.
I used minitool partition pro version to extend mine. It works well.
I would create a full system image before tampering with partitions though.
