    just called again and now getting conflicting info the guy said customers shouldn't be updgrading via the media creation tool and this is why people are having errors activation and i would need to rollback to windows 8.1 and wait for the notification in taskbar saying windows 10 is ready so probelm i got now is i cleaned my temp files in disk cleanup on the advice given yesterday that it would fix itself in 24 hours now i can't rollback cause the disk cleanup i dont have a recovery cd as windows was preinstalled and only option i have nowis paying tosihba £40 for a usb with windows 8.1 so now i have a laptop which i cant activate or go back to 8.1 really peedoff with this spoken to 5 microsoft people
