    Where can I get this build from? I am on the fast ring; and i checked wu; but the update is not there for some reason. So where can i get it from(where its a official release?)

    It's not enough to be on the fast ring. You have to also be signed in with a Microsoft Account, and not just any MSA but the one you registered with the program with.

    You also have to have your username verified on that computer, by having Microsoft issue a code and entering that code.
