I have Windows 10 Pro Build 14905 on one of my laptops.I bought a new computer. Since I'm in the insider program can I install it on the new one for free? What about a product key? Will I have to pay for one? Should I remove it from my laptop because I don't think Microsoft allows more than one installation per user.Thank you

Was the install on the laptop a free upgrade? Or was it a factory OEM install?
Insider or not, it's still not free. The Insider preview requires activation just like the Consumer release does.
A new install on new hardware requires a new license. Unless you have a Retail version you can transfer from PC to PC, yes you will have to buy a new key/license.
If the current install is activated with a Digital License, its using a Generic key. That key is useless for transferring the OS.

Wont work.. MS stores Hardware ID of your computer on their servers ..
BUT and its a big BUT you are planning to use only new computer and trash the old one.
Make sure you are signed in using a Microsoft account on old computer (u already are, because of Insider Program and all that).
Now install windows 10 on new computer using media creation tool ..
once done it will ask for activation ....
Head to Settings > Update & Security > Activation and you’ll see a “Troubleshoot” option if activation failed. Click that option and sign in with the Microsoft account you associated your license with. You’ll be able to tell Windows that you “changed hardware on this device recently” and select your PC from a list of devices associated with your Microsoft account.
