Clean Install of Windows 10 including Anniversary Update

I have a problem after installing the Anniversary Update of Windows 10. This post concerns the process which involves a clean re-install of Windows 10 by the method which includes downloading and running Microsoft's Media Creation Tool, choosing "Create Media for another PC". This downloads an ISO of Windows which, when put on a USB stick, can be used to boot the computer and clean-install Windows 10 (no license key required because Windows 10 was already running, although I have my license key.) I am told that this produces a "very clean" install which would clear any glitches in the previous install. Programs would need to be re-installed.

My question please: assuming that the Media Creation Tool will be downloaded after the Anniversary Update was installed, will it produce a Windows 10 + Anniversary Update version ?

    Thanks for any help.

PS: I wasn't able to create a Macrium System Image which would include the Anniversary Upgrade because my problem occurred immediately after the Update. If you are interested in what that problem is, go to:

I used the MCT tool this morning and i can assure you its the 14393 build. You will find some windows updates waiting at the end of it.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

The number for my present install (the problem one, downloaded via Windows Update) is 1607. Is that the same as 14393 build?

I have thought of another question: I know I will have to reinstall all my programs, but what about drivers etc. etc. for other things like the Internet modem, network LAN driver, printer, monitor etc., which would be a huge bind. This being a clean install would I need to get all these?

    EDIT: Italic text added.

I'm popping in for a second (hope you don't mind), because I don't know if 14393 is the Anniversary included version either. I have all the same questions as Stevekir, as I need to do a "clean install" and don't know how much will need to be reinstalled. I've never had a system that started from scratch before.
