    Upgrade to Windows 10 Home, version 1511, 10586 failed to install.


    I tried to download it, but it has been downloading for 24 hours and seems stuck on 58% downloaded. Help

    What source are you downloading it from? Easiest method to get the file is Tech Bench:

    Easiest way to both download and create a USB flash drive is Media Creation Tool:
    Windows 10 ISO Download - Windows 10 Forums

    Option two in the above tutorial except on step 7 select USB flash drive and have an 8gb USB flash drive available. The flash drive you make can be used to upgrade Windows 7/8/8.1/10 to Windows 10 version 1511 and can also be used to boot from and clean install Windows 10.
