    My Win 10 freezes at same place every time

    It stops here, and after restarting my PC it freezes again at the same place.

    The first thing to check is that you have unplugged all USB devices (apart from keyboard and mouse) before attempting the upgrade (if that is in fact what you are trying to do).

try this > create a new folder on the desktop and name it: settings.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} then double click on this folder for easy access to lots of options.:thumbsup:
