Win 10 Clean Install after Upgrade Install

I'm usually slow to upgrade to a new OS. I think that's the best approach, because it gives MS time to fix all the bugs.

I thought XP was an improvement over 98/Millennium. My neighbor had Vista and I wasn't impressed so I avoided it and installed XP x64 on my new 2009 system build. When I finally upgraded to 7, I thought it was better than XP. I only upgraded to 7, because I damaged my XP disk. I avoided 8/8.1 and from everything I've read, I'm glad I did. Now, I'm trying out 10 only because of the free upgrade. Although, the reviews I've read didn't give me any illusions that it would be an improvement over 7. Now that I've done the first and last upgrade install, I can see that the reviews were on the mark. I'll give it one more shot with a clean install. If that doesn't resolve the bugs, then I'll stick with 7 until I start reading that MS as 10 working like it should be working. Although, I'm still not impressed with the lack of information 10 seems to display about everything from Updates to Task Manager. I get the impression MS made some changes just for the sake of change and they regressed from the functionality of 7. I think 10 is the new Vista.
