Should I do this from Windows 10 (after installation) or from Windows 7 (after using the USB to access Win7) ??
Either way will work but if you do it from 7 then you'll get a GUI interface. If you do from 10 then you'll get the plain old text interface.

    Activation NON TP

YOU CAN ONLY HAVE 1 OS activated on a single PC, 1 key = one OS
Your going to have to choose 7 or 10.

This is simply untrue. I currently have Windows 7 Ultimate SP1, two partitions of Windows 8.1 Pro S14 and two partitions of Windows 10 Pro and each and every one are activated.

Well we will see in 27 days. I do not interpret the MS EULA the same as you do. I believe that as long as you have a valid license for each OS installed then there will not be a problem. I cannot believe that MS is going to stop dual/multi booting. If that is the case then why even allow it for 30 days?

Absolutely! As long as you don't have (for instance) upgraded Windows 10 and the OS you upgraded from installed then there will not be a problem. Upgrading to Windows 10 effectively invalidates that license key for the OS you upgrade from as long as Windows 10 is installed. If you remove 10 then you can definitely reinstall the original OS and have it activate.

Now there is someone that reads the MS EULA as I do.

What If I get 2 licenses, so a new Windows 10 license. And if Dual Booting is not possible or restricted by Eula then why does Microsoft provide multi booting instructions on their support section ? (official article, not community thread on their forums)
