Download of the installer fails 3 times with error 80240020 on Windows Update
System on Pc is Windows 7 Starter with update SP1 .Enough Ram 2G

80240020 is not an actual fail it just means you are still waitng. There is an immediate fix but it is a regedit fix. Only use if you understand how to do it.
Locate the registry key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\OSUpgrade]
It should exist, but if not, create it.
Create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value with Name = "AllowOSUpgrade” (without the quotes), and set the Value = 0x00000001.
once done go to windows update and you will get a download now notification
