intel graphics drivers version discrepancy

microsoft via windows update pushes 22.20.16.4749 driver, I couldn't find anything like that on the Intel site, their format of naming drivers versions is completely different: 15.60.0.4849
What's the difference?

Don't worry about it, hardware & source related, only the last 4 numbers need concern you.
Mine are 20.19.15.4549 (from MS updates).
Some can be Beta drivers which may not appear on the Intel Website.
