Within your profile is an area for your system specs, please insert model and number of your machine, cpu brand and model, onboard memory, graphics info from your manufacturer... then we can start finding you an original driver to replace the generic one M$ installs... :)
This shows to be the newest Windows 10 driver for your card... Download NVIDIA, GeForce, Quadro, and Tesla Drivers

The Quadro NVS 160M is a mobile graphics device. The drivers for it are a little trickier to find than regular GeForce ones, but here they are:

This assumes that the generic nVidia drivers will work, which is what I expect.

If you need custom drivers from Dell, find your service tag and use that to locate more appropriate drivers at Dell's support site.

Don't get you, I don't have that Graphics Card but I can still download the driver file.

You can read the supported Products Tab, and indeed contact Dell. You must have a Dell Service Tag.
