    Hello Popeng

On Download Drivers and Manuals | Acer Official Site
It reminded me of an Acer computer I worked on once and entering the known Serial# or the SNID didn’t help. However, when I had the system scan for the that information (I don’t recall if both items were detected or just one of them) I copied and pasted the reported number to where it belonged and it worked. Please try the link to Download your serial number detection utility: see if that works.

Trying to find the user and/or service manuals for your exact model Acer E5-575G-54MF is more than a challenge. How new is the computer? Have you tried Acer’s community or Acer’s customer service? I don’t see why you shouldn’t be able to acquire the manuals for a computer you own and use from them. I wonder if you might have Acer manuals available to you in an Acer directory or a dashboard on your computer. I’d like to believe troubleshooting display settings and issues should be available to you.

You mention are trying to download eRecovery in Acer site
I found Run Acer eRecovery Management on ACER PC Restore to factory settings. I don’t know if it will help you but check it out.

    Good luck

I also discovered my display had automatically moved to a different resolution. After hours of searching threads with NO help I had clearly learned that the Windows update that had just been applied changed everything in the driver. I went to right click start>device manager>display adapters>ATI Radeon 3000 and opened the application. I clicked the "driver" tab and "roll back the driver". Within 10 seconds the display was back to 1980 x 1080.
Hope that helps someone. All the Tech's that recommended re-downloading the drivers and jumping through hoops - what a waste. this was easy.
