Screen too wide to fit monitor + 2 more issues

Windows 10, ASUS desktop PC. Haven't updated in almost a year. Started updating yesterday, ran into many issues like failed installs, finished today. Now, screen is too wide (horizontally, of course) to fit in monitor. Side edges go beyond monitor.

    * Tried changing screen resolution, in Settings and NVidia Control Panel, didn't fix it. Currently native res - 1920x1080.

    * Graphics card drivers are up-to-date. Checked with GeForce Experience and Control Panel.

    * Tried adjusting screen position with NVidia Control Panel and monitor buttons, didn't fix it.

Also, screen resolution settings disappeared in regular Control Panel. Actually, occasionally faced this issue before update, and can fix with by going to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Screen Resolution, but now it's gone. Latest update moved it to Settings. Settings doesn't have same options as Control Panel. So can't fix it.

Please help me with this, thanks a lot! :)

Oh, I just activated it. I just bought a product key for $17. I can customize the screensaver now. Not a problem anymore.
