Catalyst Control Center gone

It was showing up fine in the past, but yesterday I installed the UX theme program, and after that, I noticed that right clicking on my desktop no longer gave me the option to open the Catalyst Control Center, nor does clicking on the little icon in the tray get it to open either.

I uninstalled it, reinstalled the drivers, rebooted, cleaned cache and did everything else to try and get it to re-appear again, but its a no go.
Is there another way to get the control center to open?

I was tempted to run system restore, since I have a good restore point before that, but I am not certain that system restore actually works properly at this point, and everything else is running great at this point..

Try it from "Run". Also try repairing the software in Programs & Features.
