Nvidia Geforce gt 650M Direct3D Acceleration: not available.

Hello , Like the title saids The Direct3D acceleration is not working after the updated of windows 10 and i have Directx 12 updated. I also have a Intel HD 4000 graphic card but it seems to work fine on that. It was all fine on till i updated both windows and Nvidia driver so i don't which is causing the problem. Someone please help. Nvidia din't even bother helping. Can only attach DxDiag but i do have MSINFO save just incase... I do get the black screen when i open up program but then it goes back to normal.

I know the problem is with the 3D acceleration because when ever i tried to open the Nvidia control panel to preview the 3D settings it will freeze and not respond but if i click on any other setting it works.

    Welcome to the Forums Stevenzun!

Might seem like a silly question , but have you tried rolling back the Nvidia driver? Or tried a system restore?

Windows updates took care of my Video drivers and installed both in the correct order.
Looks to me that you have tried to force an install of the latest Nvidia driver.

What I would do is uninstall both drivers and let Windows updates get on with it. It does the installs in the right order, Intel HD first.

You will probably get an updated HD 4000 driver and a suitable Nvidia driver, not the latest but it should work.

On mine with HD 4600 and Nvidia GT740M the driver versions are
4549 (DX feature level 9.1 to 11.1) and 376.54 (DX feature level 9 to 11.0) respectively. Works with no problems.

Those were installed by the 1703 CU update, they were the same before that as well, also done by Windows updates.

DirectX 12 is part of Windows 10, always has been as far as I know.

I don't know that Brand of Laptop/desktop kits, normally they use Nvidia Optimus switching for the Graphics in which case you get a smaller Nvidia Control Panel.

I used the DDU program to remove all graphic drivers both nvidia and Intel but still the same problem it tells me everything is enable in the DXdiag but can't run games or nothing. and WoW keeps giving the 3d acceleration alert.
