    Hi,
You might disable game play or mode in xbox settings and reinstall the driver too may help.

I never use DDU, not necessary. That may have damaged something somewhere.

You probably need to do a repair install of Windows 10, or system files check. There are good instructions on this website, no point in me repeating those.

Ensure any manufacturers specific system drivers are installed.

Then go to Windows updates and hope to get the drivers. I have a feeling you may need the Intel HD driver updating. Needs to be installed before the Nvidia one.

Your Dxdiag.txt log does not look the same, yours lists the Nvidia Card as Full Device rather than Render-only device, and Feature levels are missing, and some others. Bit odd, but I'm no expert.

My HD 4600 driver is newer, but the NVidia one is the same as you have with your latest file.
Here is mine (Personal stuff edited out, one display).

There is some problem with the Nvidia Card, or compatibility with the Clevo hardware.

You will have to contact Clevo about compatibility of their hardware with Windows 10. I see they only provide drivers up to Windows 8.

You have gained a smidgin, the Intel HD driver is slightly newer 4252 > 4358
Did the Nvidia Card ever work correctly with Windows 7 or 8 and Windows 10 before the Windows 10 1703 CU update ?
I presume it works OK on just the Intel HD 4000 IGPU ?
