Problems on windows 10 screen resolution

I have several critics of win10 on the screen resolution, where it never looks good for all applications, a nonsense compared to the previous resolutions (win7, win8) where you did not need to move/configure each application. The MS so far, after 2 years, did not works good with win10.

In that previous ones we fixed the resolution on 1920, ant there was the same view in all applications, like size of the texts, menus, titles, boxes, messages, icons, etc. That until 1360/1280 resolution or other. Already on win10 it was nonsense, unbearable, all that wrong. Any resolution that I made, for example if I apply it on the screen "config" or menu start or explorer, on the other applications come out all that different where one need to re-configure it in the size of texts. If I gets good size in one application, it gets bad (small or giant) on another. An example are the characters/text on office (word or excel) where the appearance (sharpness) of the letters, thick never clean/clear like this text here, they are bad. That are on office 2000, 2010, 2013, 2016, etc.

The first time I installed win10 it was in a Dell-win7 and everything went wrong because there were no win10 video drivers for this model even in the 1920 screen. Then I go back to win7 that it had perfect picture/screen for everything on it, that all Applications no need settings, everything works homogenous, different from the chaos I had about it on win10. Okay, there are no drivers for my Nvidia card on it.

But now I bought another new Dell win10 with super-accelerator board (Nvidia GTX 960M) with 4Gb and in the 1920 screen, there are nonsense, everything remains bad on the screen, that if I have a good screen on explorer-app and good configurations, there is a bad one on the win10 system, itself ,on "device manager" screen with unclear text, about perfect/fine text like the other reference. No word gets good, horrible and unclear (thick). What else to do? Stay hours, days, months to config the panel/config /texts? There is good in one but bad on another. They want to leave the users lost and angry? Why did do the same in previous windows? Why they get totally lost on resolution? Why that babylon of text/character/icon sizes and different boxes in each application and even on the windows 10 itself? Thats on several itself screens, boxes, browser, config, menu, icons, etc! Even it does not understand himself. Absurd and lousy system, made by incompetent (the new one got worse than the oldest, does anyone understand?)

    Hi there,
    - that's a very nice machine, Edsm100..
Dell Inspiron 15 7000 series gaming laptop - Power thats affordable

    - we are all under some pressure to get to grips with a lot of new stuff coming from Microsoft
    - it's all part of the process, I'm afraid - MS are very aware of the difficulties we are experiencing
    - it may help you to know that you are not alone (- that's why Ten Forums exists - to help us come to grips with all the new stuff..)

    - just to eliminate any possibilities of a new update from Dell
    - have you checked with Dell's support site, to make sure that all of your drivers at completely up to date
    - AMD have recently issued a Creator's Update graphics driver, to address some problems relating to the new OS..
    - Dell may have done something similar with NVidia's graphics driver to improve the Creator's experience.. (??)

Well, I've never experienced anything even remotely like what you describe Edsm 100. What kind of third party software have you installed? We have 5 computers in this house (3 laptops and 2 desktops),1 is gaming laptop and 1 is used exclusively for office work, all with the Creators update. I've updated my Mothers old desktop to the Creators update also with none of the problems you describe, which makes me wonder what OTHER software you're using.
