Yes, there was an issue with unequal power distribution between PCIe and 6/8 pin from PSU. It was drawing 90W from the bus that is supposed to be only up to 75W but in most cases only about 60W.

no problems - went straight over the previous driver

- then I updated to build 14385 and, once again GFX driver remained intact throughout..

I'm using 16.7.1 drivers with almost same setup. works just fine, all the settings too.
This one: Non-WHQL-64Bit-Radeon-Software-Crimson-16.7.1-Win10-Win8.1-Win7-July6 updates are not even attempting to change it.
