That's normal, what you think of as driver version 24.3.1 is actually Adrenalin package version that consists of interface and drivers for different GPUs which are on the the list you can see at AMD site.

Yours is just one of those and would have different actual driver.
Same Adrenalin but different GPU 31.0.24027.1012
