Same here but with every new driver 2D score goes down although some better 3D scores are higher.
Had me a battle with drivers yesterday. Tried to install older drivers v17.11 for instance. Cleaned them up with DDU and it installed 18.9.2.
Now a problem, in Radeon settings shows 17.12 but in Device manager shows long driver number for this newest one. Gonna see if it's going to update normally.
But first, i have to repack computer into a new case I just finished modifying. It's even larger than my old Dragon, full server case.
