    All the 23.9.x drivers cause freezing when playing video with MPC-BE, VLC, etc., or browser HW accelerated stuff, when freesync is enabled, in my case. Disabling freesync "fixes" it or back to 23.8.2!

    23.10.1 was pulled down, due to causing VAC Bans in CS2 when using Anti-Lag. Driver can still be found at guru3d though. It's been a good driver for me, since I don't play that game or use Steam DRM.
