    Exactly what I said it is. Just because it is misnamed through Windows Update doesn't change the fact that is for the HDMI audio on the video card. That is what the "AMD high definition audio device" is in your screen shot.

    17.2.2 jacked my system, felt like i was on the very first PC i ever owned in 1996. Rolled back drivers, all good now. Will wait for newer update. Anyway, my PC spent way too much time being very busy, taken a few minutes to do any task, even a simple right-click menu popup. Neat!!!

    That's an APU, are you sure you got drivers specially for it ?

    After installing 17.2.2 17.7.2 any video in Edge or IE 11 will crash the browser. I have tried with Adobe Flash enabled and disabled and it makes no difference. Anyone else seeing this issue?
