    I have the same problem.... i saw your video and i have exactly the same behavior.... is it solved ? if yes how ?

    You reinstalled windows because of that! Have you tried forcing a disable on your iGPU in bios?

    Yes i reinstalled windows from scratch and its still doing it....:).... how to disable iGPU in the BIOS? what is iGPU ? i have the Z170 Pro Gaming MoBo...

    Is this issue affecting anything on the performance of the computer, or you just don't like seeing the laggy circles?

    Hello,

    it is not affecting Performance... its exactly like in the video... it boots... windows logo > black screen > windows logo but a bit pixelized > windows login.....

    My solution to this was what I posted first on this thread. I cannot remember exactly in specific what I did, but that actually did remove the laggy circles screen.

    Sorry for that vague answer, but maybe you can play around in that program. Whenever I use that program, I set it to remove only general junk files, not specific junk files..
