Got the same problem. Windows updates only installed the Microsoft basic adapter. I'm using a laptop ofc
Which version of HD graphics do you have, 3000/4000/4600? CPU specifics would also help. Installing 32 or 64 bit?

Already solved it. The new build updated. And then the driver automaticly downloaded and installed

I'm trying to install drivers for HD 5500. I wouldn't make the mistake of trying to install 32-bit drivers on a 64-bit system; I even double-check when I download drivers to make sure I'm not accidentally grabbing the wrong one.

I'll try running an update to see if I can get the drivers installed.

Make sure everything else is up-to-date (BIOS, Windows Update, etc)

Download the .zip install pkg for your 5500 HD card from here: Intel Download Center

Follow the Microsoft Windows "Have Disk" Installation or the Microsoft Windows Manual Installation instructions in Readme64.txt

Did you try Intel Driver Update Utilities Installer? Plus do you have on board (right click on desktop: Graphics Properties) Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel? If it's the case and it should, there is nothing to worry about.

    Try "Intel Driver Update Utility"

    Try "Intel Driver Update Utility".
    (IntelĀ® Driver Update Utility ) (2015/9/16)

    My same problem solved.

I upgraded both my desktop and laptop to Windows 10 recently. The desktop's upgrade went smoothly; NVIDIA already has Windows 10-compatible drivers. However, my laptop with Intel HD Graphics is a different story. I've tried the Dell-certified drivers as well as the latest ones directly from Intel, and neither work.

When I attempt to install the driver, I get an error message stating "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software."

    Any help is appreciated!

Check Windows Update Catalog (oddly, it only works on Internet Explorer) at Microsoft Update Catalog

    My same problem solved.

In my case, latest version driver doesn't work correctly on my laptop.
So I tried old version driver.
    (Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 (ver. 10.18.10.4252 , 2015.7.10 )
    My problems were solved.

I hope this will help you.
