Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and recovered? Help?

Recently I've bought an RX 460 Gigabyte 4GB OC edition for my HP 500-056 with used to run with integrated graphics from an A8-6500 APU. To account for the extra watts needed, I bought a 430W PSU from Corsair bronze certified. Ever since I've got it which has been about 2 weeks. I've been getting crashes and freezes in all my games. I tried a lot of things. Uninstalling the drivers using DDU and reinstalling them as well as downloading older drivers as well. None of them seemed to fix the problem for me. I'm attaching a screenshot with all of the errors in event viewer as well as a couple other photos. My temperature never goes above 60 C when playing any games but the crashes still occur. The screen will freeze for a bit and then turn black. After it recovers, (It BSOD a couple of times but not anymore,) the game I was playing no longer works and I need to restart it to continue playing. It's extremely fustrating. I've tried underclocking the card in MSI Afterburner to about 1100 MHZ and increased the power limit to 20%. I've read on other forums that many people have similar problems with the card crashing. I'm not sure what else to do at this point.

My card does NOT have any psu connectors and runs solely off of the motherboard power. It also comes with 3d fan technology which is supposed to stop spinning when I'm not playing games. I disabled those as well.

    - why aren't you plugging in the card's PSU connector, is there a problem?

you are running close to capacity with the Corsair PSU

power requirements for AMD RX460 here:
    PSU REQUIREMENTS - RealHardTechX

the PSU is rated at 84% efficiency under heavy load..
CX430 — 80 PLUS® Bronze Certified Power Supply (UK Plug)

means you'd be running at around 360 watts..
    - slightly below the card's power requirements..
    - quite likely the load on your system is fluctuating around this maximum figure: hence the cut-outs..

    - you might be best off getting a slightly more powerful PSU..

The card doesn't have any 6 pin connector. It runs off of the motherboard slot. According to many other posts, word is that a 430 should run adequately with an rx 460 which is why I ended buying a 430 in the first place. There have been reports of the same driver crashes and they had much better psus.(Up to 650 I believe).
