Of course, GeForce Experience installs all the NVIDIA telemetry which they've been copping a bit of flack about for a while now. Just have a look at all the new entries in Windows Task Scheduler and Windows Services after the latest driver installation (I believe from reading earlier posts they've now pulled this latest driver and they're re-issuing it but I installed the "original" release).
I've gone back to the last driver courtesy of a Macrium image which I always make prior to any Windows or driver updates, etc.
Funny how all of a sudden this untickable box "bug" appears. Seems like NVIDIA are getting as bad as MS and a few other companies (Samsung, I'm looking at you with your "Magician" software). Everyone is getting addicted to telemetry these days, so it would seem. Cheaper than paying in house staff to test software/drivers properly apparently.
With the millions of people who update drivers as soon as they are released NVIDIA will have no doubt collected a ton of telemetry worldwide from this "bug" by the time it is "fixed". Which was probably their plan all along.

That's the problem with MS, lots of things are going on under the hood and the average user is not even aware of what is going on. I discovered just yesterday in another forum that the tweaks to block drivers update, be it in the registry or in group policy don't work anymore. Since when, your guess is as good as mine...
In addition to my earlier post I have now installed the re-released 436.02 driver and I notice it still installs telemetry even without GeForce Experience.
Just the one telemetry entry in Services as far as I can see. Nothing in Task Scheduler this time.
