Updated, right in the middle of updating my DISCOGS library... Oh well........ :)

Open a command prompt and give the following commands:

cd C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVSMI

nvidia-smi -q -d PERFORMANCE

Idle default settings in Nvidia control panel(optimal power) and Afterburner(or any OC tool) set to defaults

P-State is 8(lowest I think)



"Prefer maximum performance" set in Nvidia control panel/core voltage set to max/ and "Forced constant voltage" set in Afterburner's General tab running MSI Kombuster (to test)

P-State now P0(highest performance state)

While in cd C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVSMI give
