    Windows 7 64-bit/Windows 8.1 64-bit - Click Here

GeForce Hotfix display driver version 430.53 is based on our latest Game Ready Driver 430.39. This Hotfix driver addresses the following:

Fixes higher CPU usage by NVDisplay.Container.exe introduced in 430.39 driver
3DMark Time Spy: Flickering observed when benchmark is launched
BeamNG: Application crashes when game is launched
Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Freezes when launched in SLI mode
Desktop flickers when videos are played back on a secondary monitor
Thanks, Faith. I just finished rolling back to 425.31 on every OS this side of the Mississippi.....think I'll wait.

Yep. @Kol12 just boot up your PC in safe mode, run DDU, disable your internet connection before restarting and install the preferred driver you want in normal mode. No need to run Revo or any other uninstallation programs, DDU takes care of everything

I'm sorry, but I think you are incorrect in your assumption. DDU in Safe Mode does it all. Clean.

Also, it is sufficient to disable your Ethernet and/or WiFi in the Control Panel prior to Safe Mode with DDU. After manually installing the latest driver, simply re-enable them.
You guys are right. For some reason I used to think that DDU only did extra cleaning and not the driver un-installation but that was a long time ago. Thanks for clarifying.

I normally don't install hotfix drivers but the high CPU is so annoying when I wake my PC I am installing it anyway just to fix that stupid problem that should have been caught.

Maybe Nvidia should start an insider flight club - like Microsoft - for their driver updates. This partiuclar issue should definitely been caught I agree.

Probably for the best. If it ain't broke don't fix it. There will most likely be a new Game Ready Driver for Rage 2 around May 14th if you feel lucky though. I usually don't install HF drivers so I'll wait aswell. Although I am curious if this addresses the Hitman 2 crashing. I see that they've finally made it in the priority list, so that's something.
