I tried out version 430.00 and after a day used DDU to uninstall them and reinstalled version 425.11.
With version 430.00 I found that images weren't as sharp around the edges ie slightly fuzzy looking, Also gaming didn't seem as smooth. For now I'll stick with 425.11
Have you tried the 430.25 release?
That 425.11 driver is built around WDDM 2.5 so theoretically the new 430.00 series drivers should work better on 19H1 with it's new WDDM 2.6.
Theoretically of course.
I will do some benchmarking, I find the new 430.25 driver better.

I've got the 430.25 driver here but not tried it out yet. I'm waiting for NVIDIA to release the 430 series on their site before I try them again
Just installed these and so far so good. I did a minimal install, Driver and Physx only after running DDU to get rid of the previous driver.
dxdiag is now showing WDDM 2.6
