No, I had manually installed 419.67 prior to updating to 18875, and it wasn't replaced.

That's the CRD version, I'd stay with the GRD version, currently at 425.31. And, no, I did not get it.

Hi, I have a problem with Windows 10 V. 1809 and my GPU
I have a very old desktop computer with a GPU NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS, After formatting my computer and Install the OS, the WU starts to download NVIDIA 341.74 driver, but this driver is for notebooks. The final driver for my GPU is GeForce 342.01 Driver For Windows 10 64-bit - December 14, 2016

1.- If I install 342.01 Driver before the WU starts downloading after a reboot WU will download 341.74 driver, and after that the NVIDIA icon will inform me about I have a new update (342.01 Driver)
2.- I can not find NVIDIA 341.74 driver for desktops
3.- If I don't reboot after WU installs NVIDIA 341.74 driver my computer will freeze
4.- if I install a NVIDIA driver for notebooks, can I harm my system?

Any help is more than welcome

    Thanks
    Came

This is the driver you need, it is the Geforce 8 series, the 800M series will not harm anything other than you might be able to see the screen after it installs. You will also need to turn off the System Properties - Hardware - Device Insytallation Settings.

I had the same trouble with an old Nvidia 6 series driver.

    430.25 , not 430.00.

I had a look round for this driver and suggest you have a look at this link to the NVIDIA forum. One user has posted an unofficial link.
