It is only in the intro, the game itself plays just fine :) It only appears in less than a second and actually not a thing to worry about. Other games aren't having this issue, only GTA 5 for a teensie-tiny bit... (Blink and it's gone!) And if it was a graphics card malfunction, I would experience it outside the game and in Windows itself does it? :) But no. :)
