Latest NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Drivers for Windows 10

Not had a checkerboard effect for years. As LoneStrider18 posted it was normally due to a graphics card malfunction.

It is only in the intro, the game itself plays just fine :) It only appears in less than a second and actually not a thing to worry about. Other games aren't having this issue, only GTA 5 for a teensie-tiny bit... (Blink and it's gone!) And if it was a graphics card malfunction, I would experience it outside the game and in Windows itself does it? :) But no. :)

Both @f14tomcat and I had issues with this update. It seems to be converting from 32bit to 64bit. The install seems to be successful but on loading fails with an Oops something went wrong error message. The solution is to completely uninstall using REVO before re-installing.

I had no problems with the upgrade

Geforce driver version 397.93 has just been released NVIDIA

but now it's only icons(at least until the next reboot I guess)
