Anybody else getting any "Glitches in the Matrix" with Windows UI animations, and some 3rd party software, since the Fall Update?

I have even had to turn off Override High DPI in properties for some programs, as portions of their UI would become totally transparent, when I moved the the program on my 1080p, to my 4K screen. It would remain so, after closing and reopening it too.

Here an example with MSI afterburner:

    With High DPI on:
    It even effects the screenshot

    High DPI off:
    Attachment 158931

Before the upgrade, I used to have to use High DPI on, now I don't.
It's just funny how it glitches(there are other programs that do this too.

It's not a problem, just that you need to make a change in .exe properties/compatibility DPI setting, and revert it to default.

where did you get MSI AB Beta 20 ?

After installing the update to version 1709, the 3DTV PlayI NVIDIA stopped working at a resolution of 1080p 23 Hz, only 720-60 Hz. What worked for 3 years, Microsoft took down one instant.
Reinstalling the driver did not help. The rollback to the recovery point AT ALL resulted in the system's loss of security with the inability to remove / reinstall the driver for my NVIDIA 880m. I'm seeing this for the first time. Version 1709 is raw, written for unknown animals with incomprehensible requests. Intranesses of ordinary users are not taken into account.
